Who We Are

The Nerdy Queer Club is social group is for LGBTQIA+ people and their allies to meet up for some nerdy queer fun!

We visit museums, check out bookshops, play board games, and have a variety of unique events so there is always something new to explore.

The goal is simply to do fun things in a comfortable space and meet some friends along the way. Hope to meet you at one of our events!

I started The Nerdy Queer Club with a small goal, find a few friendly people who enjoy visiting museums on the weekends. It turns out, lots of people were looking for the same thing. I’m thrilled that what began as a small idea has grown into a vibrant group of people who are kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic about exploring the world around them.

I know first hand how difficult it can be to find your people. My hope is that this club can be a resource for anybody looking to build community in a low-pressure environment. I hope to see you at an upcoming event!
